You can request removal of your data at any time. This page also serves as the data-deletion instructions required by connected platforms.
Disconnect a channel
In the application, disconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account immediately removes the stored access tokens for that channel.
Delete a workspace
Ask us to delete a workspace and its remaining data is removed within thirty days, subject to legal retention duties.
Request by email
To request deletion, email kontakt@mumro.io from the address associated with your account, with the workspace or channel name. We confirm once removal is complete.
