This site (mumro.io) is our marketing website. The application lives at app.mumro.io and has its own in-product data handling.
What this website collects
The marketing site is static and does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
If you email us or use a contact link, we process the details you send solely to reply to you.
Connected social accounts
Inside the application, connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account uses account-level OAuth scoped to what the feature needs.
Access tokens are encrypted and never exposed in logs, exports or support views. We do not sell your data and we do not train third-party models on your content.
Data location and retention
Production data is stored and processed in EU regions by default.
Disconnect a platform and its tokens are removed. Delete your workspace and the remaining data follows within thirty days, subject to legal retention duties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, export or erasure of your personal data. Contact kontakt@mumro.io and we will respond within the statutory time.
